2014 Honda FourTrax ATV First Looks

Honda has announced a new generation of FourTrax Rancher and FourTrax Foreman ATVs for the 2014 model year. Boasting performance and cosmetic upgrades, the FourTrax lineup anchors Honda's hard-working utility ATV for both off-road work and play.
Updates to the FourTrax Rancher Series models include a new chassis and redesigned frame, greater suspension travel and new bodywork, including two new color options: Honda Phantom Camo and Orange in addition to the Red and Olive options already available.

The FourTrax Rancher Series continues to offer a myriad of transmission options. There are seven in total, the standard Rancher, the Rancher ES (Electric Shift), the Rancher 4x4 (with TraxLok 2WD and 4WD), the Rancher 4x4 EPS (Electric Power Steering) and ES, the Rancher Automatic DCT and Automatic DCT EPS. Each model retains the 420cc liquid-cooled four-stroke Single and all come equipped with Electronic Fuel Injection.

The FourTrax Foreman Series also boasts a new chassis and improved suspension. The 2014 models also come with a locking front differential and new styling. The front differential has two features: TraxLox allows the rider to switch between 2WD and 4WD at the push of a button and in extreme conditions, riders can lock the front solid for full power to all four wheels. Suspension stroke has been increased and the seat is now softer to help ensure a comfortable ride over whatever the trail has to offer. Color options include Honda Phantom Camo, Olive, Red and Blue.

MSRP for both the FourTrax Rancher Series and FourTrax Foreman Series ATVs is yet to be determined. Honda promises the updated FourTrax models will arrive in dealerships by Fall 2013.
